Please note that we do not ship prior to March 1st. Most orders will ship beginning March 15th. Each tuber will have it's name written on it. DO NOT plant your order until after the last threat of frost has passed. At this time we do not ship internationally as it requires an Agricultural Inspection Certificate.

Orders up to $50.00 will have a $11.75 shipping fee for pririty mail with delivery confirmation. Orders over $50.00 will have a flat fee of $15.00. ALL orders are shipped with the US Postal Service.

 Any additions or deletions must include your customer number. Cancelled orders are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee or 15% or your order, whichever is greater to cover processing and restocking.

Orders can be picked up but must be noted at the time the order is placed that you will be picking up. You must make an appointment to schedule your pick up at least 7 days in advance. You may pay at the time of pick-up by check or cash. $35.00 charge for all returned checks.

We guarantee all tubers will grow or a free replacement will be provided. If it is after our tubers are planted, then the replacement will be provided the following season. You just need to return the tuber to us for inspection.

Please order early as we may sell out of certain tubers. All tubers are sold on a first come first serve basis. If you order one that is sold out a refund will be included with your shipment. The refund check will be included inside the "packing list enclosed" envolpe on the outside of the box.
